Positive News From The Renewable Energy Sector
Updated: Jan 12, 2021
Welcome to the Natosi Solar Blog! We are a positive bunch and our blog will be, too.
2020 was a great year for renewable energy. For the first time in US history new electricity generation plants are powered by more renewable energy sources than fossil fuels. Renewables include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal and hydro power. See our weekly featured article by Renewables Now for the numbers and a deeper read.

So what can be achieved in 2021? The statistics in the article above reference only utility scale projects. Residential roof and ground projects are also powerful contributors to reducing fossil fuels and every solar array adds another drop to the bucket, especially in Vermont. There are a few roads I travel frequently in Vermont that are super solar roads! Texas Hill and Texas Hill Circle in Huntington are my favorite. It seems like every other house has solar. Do you know of a super solar road in Vermont that you enjoy passing by? Share your favorite solar road with us on Facebook. Don’t have a favorite solar road yet? Consider it a new challenge and drive safe!
